What we collect
- Demo requests. When you fill in the demo form we receive your name, company, phone, email, business type, number of sites, city and message, together with the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source).
- Analytics and advertising cookies — only with your consent. If you accept, we use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or LinkedIn Insight to understand visits and measure our ads. If you decline, these tools are not loaded.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use demo request details only to contact you about OMMS, arrange a demo and send a quote. We use analytics to improve the website and measure our marketing. We do not sell your information.
Who receives it
Service providers that help us run the website, process forms and measure visits, under their own terms and security practices. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request details while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent for cookies at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to access, correct or erase your information, or raise a grievance, by writing to rahul@buildnboost.com.
The OMMS product
This notice covers this website only. Data that customers store in the OMMS application is governed by their agreement with us.
